Tips from Mister Pool for installing your pool liner, swimming pool liner or pool lining:

Whether as an accessory or spare part, our quality liners are characterized by careful workmanship and a long service life. To protect them, you should always use a pool fleece as a base. Once the steel casing is installed, you can insert the pool liner into your steel wall pool. Please be sure to pay attention to the outside temperatures, because the liner is made of thermoplastic material. In plain language, this means that if the temperature is too low, you will have to contend with an inelastic, rigid liner that contracts. This makes it almost impossible to lay it properly and you risk damaging the steel casing. If it is too hot, however, the opposite occurs: the liner expands too much and becomes too big for your oval pool, round pool, octagonal pool or rectangular pool. This results in unsightly wrinkles forming. Therefore, it is best to use your pool liner at a temperature of around 15-25 degrees and always place a floor protection fleece underneath! You can find pool liners in different shapes, sizes and colors at Mister-Pool in the pool shop. You can also choose from different film thicknesses from 0.25 mm or 0.4 mm to 0.6 mm or 0.8 mm and up to 1.00 mm in the online shop.

More information from Mister Pool about pool liner for your above ground pool
To ensure the long life of your high-quality swimming pool liner in the swimming pool, you should, as mentioned above, place a floor protection fleece between the pool liner and the subsurface. Once the pool is filled with water, your pool liner has to withstand a lot of water pressure. In the past, a cove was formed from compacted sand on the inner lower edge of the pool to relieve the load on the weld seam. However, this complex variant is hardly ever used anymore. Today, the pressure is relieved in a modern and uncomplicated way using Porocell corners, which are inserted before the pool liner is inserted. This also prevents the formation of dirt edges. Porocell corners or coves are therefore very useful and should be planned right from the start. Under no circumstances should you use old carpets or similar as a base, because the water pressure makes every structure and every unevenness clearly visible. Your swimming pool liner is therefore installed when the fleece has been laid out, the steel casing has been placed in the floor rails and its ends have been connected to the aluminum plug-in profile. There are three different ways of attaching pool liners. Firstly, there is the pool inner liner with a wedge piping. For this you need a special handrail, often called a combination handrail, which has a rail into which the wedge piping on the liner is pressed. Secondly, pool liners with a hanging piping are also available. In this variant, the pool liner is equipped with a reinforced piping on the upper edge, which is hung on the edge of the pool. The third variant is the overlapping pool liner. It is produced with an overhang and is simply hung loosely over the edge of the pool and fixed with individual handrail pieces. The water can then be slowly let in. Any diagonal folds can be easily adjusted. If your swimming pool is equipped with a wide-mouth skimmer, wall skimmer or skimmer, you first fill the pool up to the cutouts for the skimmer and inlet nozzle. Then you carefully cut out the pool liner at the openings and can install the desired built-in parts. Once the pool is full, the handrail can be completed. The protruding pool lining can then be easily shortened slightly below the handrail. If your pool liner has been damaged, you can easily repair these areas yourself with a pool liner repair kit. The kit contains a patch, the appropriate adhesive and an applicator. Since this is a special water adhesive, you can repair your pool liner in just a few minutes, even in the water in the filled pool.
